Hari Vasudevan, PE, is a serial entrepreneur and engineer at the forefront of AI, utilities, and construction management. As founder & former CEO of Think Power Solutions, he drove transformative advancements in construction, vegetation, utility, and field services. Under his leadership, Think Power Solutions had grown to over 400 employees, expanded into 14 states, and earned consistent recognition as a top workplace in the US for culture, safety, and employee well-being.

Beyond corporate roles, Mr. Vasudevan serves as Vice Chair & Strategic Advisor for the Edison Electric Institute’s Transmission Subject Area Committee, shaping the future of technology and infrastructure.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, along with professional engineering licensure in multiple states. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Mr. Vasudevan delivered the 2019 commencement address at his alma mater, The University of Texas at Arlington.

Serving as Think Power Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for the finance, accounting and corporate development functions of the company. With over 30 years of finance experience, he has held senior leadership positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies in the energy services, telecom and technology industries. Most recently, Larry has served as the Vice President (VP) of Finance and Accounting for Intelgica, Inc. and as the VP of Finance for both Williams Industrial Services Group, Inc. and Goodman Networks, Inc. Larry began his career in commercial lending with ITT Commercial Finance Corp.

Larry holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in Dallas, Texas and in his off hours is a passionate Formula 1 racing fan, aspiring amateur chef, avid SCUBA diver, dedicated yogi and frustrated guitar player.

Dan Helman is the CEO at Think Power Solutions, an award-winning Electric Utility Infrastructure company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. He has 35+ years of experience in developing and leading EHS functions across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, power generation, and the nuclear sector. Dan's expertise has been honed through his tenure at renowned companies such as Owens-Illinois, RSR Corporation, Babcock & Wilcox Company, and GAF Materials Corporation. In his previous role, Dan served as the Global Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability for Cornerstone Building Brands, with over $7B in revenue. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM). Dan earned a B.S. in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from The University of Toledo.

Amy Wharton is our Chief Revenue Officer bringing over 20 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities industry, heading Marketing and Business Development for Think Power Solutions. She is a strategic growth leader who is passionate about consulting and connecting utility clients with solutions to their key challenges, particularly around resiliency and infrastructure.

Amy is well connected throughout the industry. Her extensive experience with utilities includes business development, client relations and working directly for Florida Power & Light where she implemented and ran commercial demand site management programs. Immediately prior to joining Think Power Solutions in 2024, Amy was in a strategic, executive sales leadership role at Osmose which included creating and running an advisory board comprised of industry executives.

She holds a BBA in Marketing from Angelo State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. In her down time, Amy, who resides in Florida, enjoys fitness, spending time at the beach, and going to Disney with her son.

Micha Radford is the Director of Human Resources at Think Power Solutions, where she leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on scalable growth, talent development, and operational excellence.

Since beginning her career in Human Resources in 2013, Micha has built a strong track record of driving impactful HR and talent acquisition initiatives across fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations. With over 20 years of overall professional experience, she brings a well-rounded perspective that blends business acumen with people-first leadership.

Micha has held HR leadership roles across a diverse range of private equity-backed, publicly traded, and privately held organizations throughout her career. She is known for partnering closely with leadership teams to build high-performing organizations, enhance the employee experience, and implement strategic talent solutions that support long-term business objectives.

She’s held professional HR certifications focused on strategic business partnering and has deep expertise across both operational and transformational HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Based in Aubrey, Texas, Micha is passionate about developing people, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting the communities where she lives and works. At Think Power Solutions, Micha plays a key role in advancing a people-first culture—championing inclusive practices, modernizing HR processes, and building programs that empower employees while supporting the company’s continued growth.

With balanced experience of more than 25 years in both Technology and Management all over the world, Siva Vysyaraju serves as the Chief Information Officer. He provides leadership and management to the IT capabilities of Think Power. Siva maintains great relationships with clients ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. He has a strong client level project understanding and is responsible for project evaluation, planning, preparation, and completion of projects on time and under budget. Siva successfully delivered multimillion $ projects in well known fortune 100 companies around the world. In technical capacity Siva is on the list of inventors of a few patents.

Siva holds a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems from University of Salzburg, Austria.

Denis Sanford, Vice President and General Manager at Pride, has over 35 years of experience in developing and managing infrastructure capital projects in the utilities, oil, and gas industries, including procurement, planning, design, commissioning, start-up, and electric inspection. He has successfully managed and executed a portfolio of projects valued at over $20 billion, including overhead and underground distribution, transmission, wood-to-steel pole replacement, substation greenfield and rebuilds, battery storage, synchronous condensers, infrastructure relocation, and interconnection installations. Denis is an innovator in R&D and efforts towards improvements in wildfire mitigation and reliability initiatives with California utility companies. Denis is also an advisory member for CEATI and an affiliate member of the Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance (SSCA) for the electric utility industry, organizations which focus on innovative ways to improve the US electrical infrastructure and the sustainability of its supply chain, respectively.

Richard DeHaven is the Director of Operations at Think Power Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, construction, and utility infrastructure. He has advanced through diverse operational and leadership roles, overseeing complex projects, guiding cross‑functional teams, and strengthening organizational performance across multiple service lines.

Richard has led large‑scale Rawland Builds, New Site Builds, and nationwide infrastructure initiatives, developing processes that enhance efficiency, safety, and overall service quality. Known for his team‑focused leadership style and strong operational discipline, he consistently builds high‑performing teams and drives continuous improvement.

Richard’s strategic approach to operations supports Think Power Solutions’ commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality services and sustaining long‑term organizational growth.

Brian Telesmanic is the Vice President and General Manager of Lamar Technical Services, LLC. Mr. Telesmanic has over 25 years of experience in energy infrastructure and corporate real estate capital programs construction project management. As a business owner, shareholder and responsible executive, he has a proven ability to successfully secure long-term contracts and deliver professional services while meeting or exceeding client and shareholder expectations. He is a strong leader with a proven ability to organize and manage key stakeholders and resources. He has built a reputation as a subject matter expert at building and leading high-performing teams to manage and execute service delivery, meeting deliverable expectations and budget targets while maintaining quality, compliance and safety standards.
