Proven in the Field
Substation Upgrade
The Challenge
A new station service feed required integration into an aging substation with undocumented legacy constraints.
What We Did
Conducted proactive site oversight and identified a critical design discrepancy in the engineering wire sizing.
THE OUTCOME
Revised P&C layouts, updated conductor sizing specs, and an IFC package that prevented costly delays.
Underground Distribution
The Challenge
A high-value commercial development presented unexpected spatial conflicts during preliminary staking.
What We Did
Our field designers immediately adjusted the anchor layout and recalibrated the trenching path to avoid existing utilities.
THE OUTCOME
Updated staking coordinates, revised easement maps, and conflict-free construction drawings.
Overhead Distribution
The Challenge
A County road widening and re-alignment project was in conflict of existing power poles with many communication lines on them.
What We Did
We came up with a design to relocate poles and eliminate a road crossing. This included having to engineer ductile iron poles and coordinate with the communication companies for attachments.
THE OUTCOME
We successfully relocated the powerline, and the project was completed without issue and ahead of time.
Our Engagement Process
Scope and Timeline Intake
We align on project boundaries, critical path milestones, and required delivery dates to ensure seamless integration with your internal teams.
Standards + Data Intake
We ingest your specific GIS data, as-builts, environmental constraints, and internal utility standards to inform our architecture.
Design & Review Cycles
Our engineers draft precise schematics, engaging in iterative review cycles with your stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance.
Issued-for-Construction Support
We deliver final, field-ready IFC packages and provide ongoing technical support to construction crews when site realities shift.
