Hari Vasudevan, PE, is a serial entrepreneur and engineer at the forefront of AI, utilities, and construction management. As founder and CEO of KYRO Technologies and Think Power Solutions, he drives transformative advancements in construction, vegetation, utility, and field services. Under his leadership, Think Power Solutions has grown to over 400 employees, expanded into 13 states, and earned consistent recognition as a top workplace in the US for culture, safety, and employee well-being.
KYRO Technologies provides AI-powered software that helps construction, vegetation, utility, and field services companies digitize operations, reduce risk, and maximize profits. Beyond these corporate roles, Mr. Vasudevan serves as Vice Chair and Strategic Advisor for the Edison Electric Institute’s Transmission Subject Area Committee, shaping the future of technology and infrastructure.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, along with professional engineering licensure in multiple states. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Mr. Vasudevan delivered the 2019 commencement address at his alma mater, The University of Texas at Arlington.
Serving as Think Power Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for the finance, accounting and corporate development functions of the company. With over 30 years of finance experience, he has held senior leadership positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies in the energy services, telecom and technology industries. Most recently, Larry has served as the Vice President (VP) of Finance and Accounting for Intelgica, Inc. and as the VP of Finance for both Williams Industrial Services Group, Inc. and Goodman Networks, Inc. Larry began his career in commercial lending with ITT Commercial Finance Corp.
Larry holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in Dallas, Texas and in his off hours is a passionate Formula 1 racing fan, aspiring amateur chef, avid SCUBA diver, dedicated yogi and frustrated guitar player.
Dan Helman is the Chief Operations Officer at Think Power Solutions. Dan brings with him an impressive background, with 35 years of experience in developing and leading EHS functions in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, power generation, and nuclear sectors. His expertise has been honed through his tenure at renowned companies such as Owens-Illinois, RSR Corporation, Babcock & Wilcox Company, and GAF Materials Corporation. In his most recent position, Dan served as the Global Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability for Cornerstone Building Brands, a manufacturing company with a significant presence across 100 manufacturing facilities, 50 ongoing installation/construction projects, over $7B in revenue, and a workforce of 27,000 employees.
Dan holds a bachelor's degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health from the Medical College of Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, racquetball, maintaining a daily workout routine at the gym, and cherishes his time riding his beloved Harley Davidson.
Amy Wharton is our Chief Revenue Officer bringing over 20 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities industry, heading Marketing and Business Development for Think Power Solutions. She is a strategic growth leader who is passionate about consulting and connecting utility clients with solutions to their key challenges, particularly around resiliency and infrastructure.
Amy is well connected throughout the industry. Her extensive experience with utilities includes business development, client relations and working directly for Florida Power & Light where she implemented and ran commercial demand site management programs. Immediately prior to joining Think Power Solutions in 2024, Amy was in a strategic, executive sales leadership role at Osmose which included creating and running an advisory board comprised of industry executives.
She holds a BBA in Marketing from Angelo State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. In her down time, Amy, who resides in Florida, enjoys fitness, spending time at the beach, and going to Disney with her son.
David Chandler is our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Think Power Solutions, bringing over 28 years of leadership experience in human resources across diverse industries.
Having held senior positions at Intelgica, Beacon Building Products, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Flowserve, and Raytheon Company, David possesses a wealth of expertise and a diverse background.
He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University. David resides in Frisco, Texas, and enjoys attending competitive sporting events and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

With balanced experience of more than 25 years in both Technology and Management all over the world, Siva Vysyaraju serves as the Chief Information Officer. He provides leadership and management to the IT capabilities of Think Power. Siva maintains great relationships with clients ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. He has a strong client level project understanding and is responsible for project evaluation, planning, preparation, and completion of projects on time and under budget. Siva successfully delivered multimillion $ projects in well known fortune 100 companies around the world. In technical capacity Siva is on the list of inventors of a few patents.
Siva holds a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems from University of Salzburg, Austria.
