Self Assessment
Evaluating personal skills and cultivating goal-oriented safety precautions. Taking note of both strengths and areas in need of improvement.
Supervisor Assessment
Predict performance and employee engagement. Highlighting the accomplishments of each individual and offering suggestions or ways to better their skills and safety awareness in the field.
Health and safety Assessment
Ensuring all precautions are being taken to avoid situations that would pose a detrimental threat to one's life. Being conscientious about the surrounding ecosystem in which projects take place and documenting any successes or shortcomings that affect the surrounding environment and those that work in it.
